pinwheelsPinwheels for Prevention Project: Once again, Grand Beginnings is partnering with Prevent Child Abuse Colorado (PCA) in the Pinwheels for Prevention Program.  The pinwheels campaign, started in 2010, has turned national program designed to raise public awareness in preventing child abuse and neglect. It takes place during the month of April. 

 If you would like to decorate your storefront and/or business, please contact us at granbychamber@aol.com or call 970-887-2311. Orders must be placed by March 18th. Pinwheels at $1 each. Together, let’s all brighten and decorate Main Street during the dreary month of April!!!

4th of July Parade and Party in the Park!

Join us in Granby for our annual 4th of July parade and Party in the Park!!!  The biggest and best small town parade in Colorado!!!  Immediately following the parade, join us in Polhamus Park for BBQ, live entertainment, kids’ games, dunk tank and more!  Contact the Chamber for a parade and vendor applications at   granbychamber@aol.com or 970-887-2311.

Farmers-Artist Market!!
July 22nd, August 5th and 19th, Sept 2nd from 2-7pm

Join us for our farmers and artist market at Mountain Park Electric’s Warehouse Parking lot. We have BBQ, live music, produce, artist and more!!

The beer and wine garden also opens at 5pm. Parking is available at the MPE (west admin lot) and on Lois Lane.  Bring your gift list and stop and shop!!!

 It’s your opportunity to design and display a scarecrow! The contest is open to individuals, businesses and groups.  Scarecrows can be located anywhere in the town of Granby.  Winners will be announced at Trick-or-Treat Main Street on October 28th!

Trick or Treat Mainstreet, Saturday, October 28: 4-6pm!! Costume Contests with prizes for Families, Kids and Pets at 5 pm!!

 Ghosts and Goblins of all shapes and sizes will be gathering on Main Street to celebrate the season!   Come dressed up and join the fun!  Trick or Treat on Agate Ave. at the businesses with the pumpkins in the windows starting at 4pm.  Don’t forget to stop by the “Spooky House” at the Chamber!!!!

Enjoy free hot dogs and pop provided by Mountain Parks Electric, and enter the family, kids and pet costume contests.  Costume line up begins at 5 pm in the parking lot next to Brickhouse 40.  For more information call the Chamber at 970-887-2311.
