Granby Trails

In the summer of 2016, the Town of Granby purchased the 1.500 acre piece of land to turn into an outdoor recreational haven for families and outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy. The property features spectacular views of the Continental Divide, lingering wildlife, and a mile stretch of the Colorado River.

3 miles of paved trails are available for the outdoor enthusiast to enjoy on one of Colorado’s sunshiny days. During the winter months, these trails are groomed for nordic ski adventures. Two fishing ponds are currently open for use. Plans in 2017 may include opening up a street of the Colorado River that also lays on this property.

Plans for this property include a luxury RV/park model home/campsite resort. Developers working on the project mentioned a potential for an indoor waterpark, amongst other adventurous activities.
